Spoke with Ford on the phone. Supposedly a failed update install broke FordPass and Connectivity features.. Went through a bunch of steps and scheduled specific update time. Will see what tomorrow brings as she said it will update tonight...
Alexa won't respond to wake word and when I use the voice button she says she's having trouble connecting to the network.
Connected Vehicle features said take to dealer, but now is blank when I try to expand it in settings.
Already did a sync restart. Anyone have any other suggestions?

@Ford Motor Company - please fix the ability to accept a Microsoft Teams call through the system on Android Auto. Having to grab my phone is not safe and I was able to do this through my Kenwood aftermarket unit in my old F150 that was 5 years old.
It arrived! Dealer received it on Monday 8/1 late in the day, and I picked it up today. The process was smooth minus the accessories person attempt to persuade me for "rust protection". Sitting in the garage and will share a pic or two after work.
Just checked today.. still no update since the 12th, so we'll be 1 week in from when it arrived in Blue Island and transferred to another railway. I'd like to hope by this weekend, but again.. Ford ETA'd beginning of August... seems weird it takes over a month to move from MI to NE...
