Spray in bed liner delaying things is a myth that people cling onto. Especially in this case when the Lightning gets the bed liner, then sits outside the factory for 2 more weeks or more.

At least we know there won't be any vampire drain issues.

Now we should predict when the first 100 customer Lightnings get delivered. My guess is end of June.

All we know for sure is that a bunch of Lightnings are sitting in staging lots, the race track, and in front of some building :)

They already have enough trucks stockpiled to be able to ship them out at a consistent basis. Its likely either chips are missing, or they discovered an issue that they are waiting to patch the software with.

@tommolog has said he expects his F150 Lightning in a few weeks. Maybe he can ask Ford what the holdup is?

My Ford Pass has an activate button now. Still no picture of the truck and the button just causes an error message to be displayed.

Woo! Same here. Now for the long wait for it to ship.

Rivian seems to have thermal management issues. It has a nice top charge speed, but drops off fast. I think Lightning will charge faster at this point until Rivian figures things out.
