There's a recall the applies to both EV and ICE 12 battery management module in Fords. The module prevented software updates from occurring. Get the VIN and get a report of all maintenance services performed on it.

FYI. Presque Isle in Erie, PA has free level 2 charging. Beach #8, if I remember correctly. The Walmart EV charging in Erie was always hit-or-miss.

This!! 😀. I guess the update turned it off. I didn't realize that button was there. Once it was turned on, it worked as expected. I feel kind of dumb not realizing that button was on the steering wheel. I thought I was turning it on in the menu driver assistance area. 😳
