No. Some trims like XL and even the 300A/301A comes with stock 17” wheels / tires. I want to run steel 17” rims (black / grey ones) with 17” winter tires. I was just wondering if it will trip any sensors or cause miscalculations in terms of mileage.
Thanks
Hello.
302A XLT here with stock 18” wheels. Looking to see if it is possible to run 17” winter tires to save a bit of money. Any negative mechanical effects?
Thanks
I have the Goodyear Wranger AT that came with the XLT 302A package in Canada.
Got stuck a few times in minor snow and had to bust out the 4H setting to get out. I will be buying a dedicated set of winter tires / rims and using them next Winter.
does anyone know if we can run the 17” tire...
Hello
the manual calls for a 220/240 outlet… I’ve seen vehicles use the standard typical 110/120 to run the block heater and the plug itself is a normal 3 prong… any concerns if I use a typical outlet?
Thanks
Hi guys
I noticed on the Ford Canada website that a bare stock XL/XLT 300A comes equipped with 17” tires (265/70/17).
I was wondering if I could also run that size in a winter snow tire setup or will I have trouble clearing the brakes / sensors? Someone mentioned that going from 20” to 17”...
Hello.
For those that live in areas where snow and salt is a seasonal occurrence, would you recommend a complete “Rust protection” underbody spray?
I’m asking because the bed/body is aluminum while the frame is steel?
Or can I just buy a few gallons of fluidfilm and DIY on the frame and...
I have not had a chance to procure these mirrors yet.
However, I’ve been towing with the standard mirrors (18ft trailer) and the stock mirrors seem to work fine for my situation. My load is not high, just matching the height of the cab itself. Saying so, I’m sure the tow mirrors will add...
Hi all.
Just wondering if anyone can chime in on the snow / ice / winter performance of the XLT 302A “All Terrain “ tire performance? I’m not sure if I should get a set of Winter tires/Rims specifically. I’m in Canada (Ontario).
Thanks
Here in the GTA at my local Line X dealer, I was charged $570 + HST.
Everything was sprayed including the bed bolts and appears that major parts were removed. When I asked how come bolts were sprayed, the gentlemen said protection and can be easily accessed with a knife. Took about 2 hours and...
So a 302A does come with “offline” navigation that works after a trial period whereas the paid option gives “online / connected” navigation with traffic, etc etc.
Hello.
Saw a video from a dealership in Alabama saying that Navigation is standard on 302A package?
If so, what’s the point of the paid option?
Thanks
