  2. So I tinted my front windshield....

I have 50% tint on my front windshield and added 25% on all other windows. Front window visibility is fine at night while the others are pretty tough. Also having the issue of the sensor activating my headlights during the day. I have the screen on dark mode, so that isn't an issue. I know...
  3. Ford Power-Up 4.1.2 UI Update

Just received the update. Overall, great improvement, except one thing I’m not sure about. Did they remove the ability to make the main window smaller? Looks like CarPlay and any open app is in the expanded view. I actually prefer the normal size so I can get more info from the tiles of the...
  4. Road Tripped California: 1K Miles From San Diego to Oakland and back

So I am actually about to this trip, although in the opposite direction from Bay Area to San Diego. Planning to spend a night in SLO and then LA before reaching SD. Which chargers do you recommend? Which hotels didn't pan out with the chargers?
  5. Mil-Spec Bedliner

My dealership is offering free spray-in bedliner. The shop they are sending me uses Mil-Spec for the bedliner. I have only heard of Line-X and Rhino. The guy from the shop said they its a company started by the original founder of Line-X after his non-compete agreement ended from selling it...
  6. Pro-Trailer Stickers - Did Your Truck Come With Them?

Let me start off by saying I don't know much about towing as this my first truck. But I met a guy last week with a 2021 ICE F150 and he mentioned that you are suppose to get this module. He went back to his dealership and showed them that he has the tow trailer package and is suppose to have it...

  11. Pro Charger at 80A on 125A panel?

Right? Who needs the light on at night? Lol I have central heating only and a portable AC unit.
  12. Pro Charger at 80A on 125A panel?

Should clarify. I meant for the install without the panel upgrade they will charge $1600. If I had some complex install or the panel was really far from where I would charge, might be worth it. Panel upgrade would be insane as I would need them to trench and replace the service line/conduit.
  13. Pro Charger at 80A on 125A panel?

Agreed. For the straight install, $1600 is way too much. It’s roughly $250 worth of material and should be a 2-3 hours of work only.
  14. Pro Charger at 80A on 125A panel?

Yeah, I wish I could speak with the engineer directly. I want to understand his reasoning.
  15. Pro Charger at 80A on 125A panel?

I'm not sure about my jurisdiction either. But it surprised me that when its this close, why didn't sunrun recommend an upgrade? It would be more money for them. We have a portable AC unit for the really hot days in the summer and when I've run that in the past, it's tripped the breaker before...
  16. Pro Charger at 80A on 125A panel?

is your charger set to 60A or you have a 60A breaker in your panel? if the panel has a 60A breaker, they should have set your charger to 48A as there actually isn't a 60A setting
  17. Pro Charger at 80A on 125A panel?

i have no idea how they would, but based on my experience with so far, i wouldn't be surprised they screw it up somehow. they would have to rearrange my breakers and swap things around, so maybe that could lead to them failing? and sunrun is setting it up at max 80A capacity, so it would have to...
