I've been looking for the solution. Unbonded the cord and inlet box with no success. I tried bonding the truck with the house ground, no success. Will give this a try, thanks.
If anyone is interested, I found two separate issues. SYNC had lost my phone. It was showing up in "Phone List," making me think it was OK. But when I readded the phone, I was able to reconnect Bluetooth and Appleplay. The other issue of the 'ghost' Bluetooth device. That was the...
Recently my Bluetooth stopped working in the Lightning. I set it up on the 15'" SYNC screen and it worked fine for a while. Now, Ford Pass shows Bluetooth Disconnected. I attempt to discover it on my iPhone and there is a Bluetooth device that resembles the last 5 digits of my VIN. However...
Not mine. 2 FOBs, no dummy key. Also, as you indicated, my Mustang Mach-e First Edition originally came with just one FOB. Ford proposed PaaK as the second key. It caused too much customer feedback (PaaK unreliable) and they threw in the second FOB.
They come with 2 FOBs, I'm talking a spare tire key in the glove compartment. The problem is using Phone as a Key and not having a FOB, you have no spare tire key.
2022 did not come with an extra key originally. However, people using PaaK realized the FOB had the spare tire key. So, Ford or the dealers started adding the extra key. I'm going to remove the key and replace it with 2023 plug. Dealer wants an arm and a leg for extra key.
Does there exist a list of parts that are interchangeable with the ICE F-150 and the F-150 Lightning? Specifically, regarding brake components, the lightning is heavier. I know the interior rubber mats are the same.
It's probably a reliability issue. PaaK on my MME has been a real issue. It has left me and my wife stranded, her twice. We received a second FOB because of being stranded. Ford Pass and somewhat SYNC 4, in my mind and I'm a retired software engineer, are BETA software. And, the biggest...
