I'm apologizing that I can't give you much, but this is basically all we have of the actual t3 design. This is nothing new, it's from the t3 teaser video that was released some time ago, but a lot of people overlooked it.
It's a close up of a clay model. I assume the angle we're seeing here is...
Except he cited another example of someone's bumper that detached while towing down the highway. This is a major issue. We all know Tesla is trash, reliability and quality comparable to the worst kias from the 90s, but this is a whole nother level. This is genuinely gonna kill someone if Tesla...
Ford's future product strategy is really smart, let's break this down. They're developing a future series of affordable EVs based on CE1. All we know is a small truck, and rugged body suv will use this platform, as well as potentially a sedan, and other shapes. Very, very impressive platform...
I mean, if I'm selling 100,000 units of something, and then see an uptick in sales to 150,000 units, then my sales increases by 50%. If I sell a single product, and then sell 5 next year, I'm seeing a 500% increase in sales. Sure, the percentage increase is a lot higher, but the amount of...
I'm not gonna lie, if I was Ford, I would strongly consider giving whistling Diesel a few t3 prototypes closer to launch. If t3 breaks, Ford gets some idea of what failure points there are before launch and can address them, and if t3 holds up really well to insane abuse, it's a fucking...
Good sir, this has been confirmed by people working within Ford to be what is known as an attribution prototype. What that means is it's the current gen body but the platform underneath is next generation. Brands do this pretty often, testing the mechanical components of an upcoming product...
With t3 coming in 2026 as a 2027 model, it would be hard to justify spending the millions to do a lightning refresh imo. It would only be out for about 1 model year.
For real, I theorized this thing could be a preview of t3. That seems more likely now seeing as this thing literally doesn't share a single visual cue with the current lightning. Whereas Ford's other high performance demonstrators clearly shared visual cues with the cars they were based on, just...
Sorry, let me clarify, I don't believe the racer will have three rows. Rather, the production truck will. I only mentioned that, and the stretched cab to refer to the teaser image, which appears to have those proportional changes, if it happens to be accurate, indicating that this may in fact be...
Would give you some open air fun 😂. But in all seriousness, the third row will apparently come with the longer cab, very similar in proportions to the ram EV concept which I linked above.
Respectfully, I don't know where I said t3 was a three row suv. Just that it would have a larger cab with three row seating, like the ram EV concept did. People who've seen it have said proportionally, the ram EV concept is close to t3 with the stretched cab and shorter hood.
It's significantly shorter, at least that's how it looks to me. Which is a change that insiders said was coming for t3. But I could be completely wrong about this, I don't want to get out hopes up just yet. The windshield is also more laid back, compared to the current truck's.
Ford's bringing an EV demonstrator to Pike's peak. They released a vid, tons of crazy areo, but what caught my attention was this shot from the side. That looks to have drastically different proportions to the current lightning, and aligns with what we've been told by insiders. Shorter hood...
Yeah, I've noticed haters keep their distance, fans will come right up to you. I own a maverick hybrid, a genuine game changer. I've dealt with some dicks, mostly idiots in full size trucks, but I've also met people who think the maverick is awesome. It's just how life is.
Agreed, definitely a situation where someone was being stupid and hit it, went around to see it, realized how badly they messed up, panicked, and fled.
From what little we can see, it looks like t3 will still look like a truck, just a little lower, and more futuristic, so an improvement over the current lightning.
