This is correct for at least myself. I tried it at a stop light and it went to 100% then bounced to 74 then finally at 64% again. I'll see if it's changed here in an hour from work.
Had this happen to me this morning and watched it bounce down to 74% then to 64% and stayed there. No indicator lights or anything. Drove to work 25 miles fine. I have an appointment in a few hours and it's not plugged in. I'll report back if it's gone but man almost half the power not available...
Settings. Connectivity. Then the top option you'll see all the stuff you have being reported to Ford. Remove it though and you can't schedule times or condition the battery

I tell this to people all the time. Rarely are reviews about things positive, because most folks don't care to just state the obvious. But when there's an issue, it's talked about. My 23 XLT sr is a beast and I love it. Charge free at work and love the ride.
Just got a new XLT sr for $46 with pro onboard. Love it and never need the ER. I'm not sure why everyone says get the ER but I drive 50 miles a day and I'm never close to trouble 🤷🏼♂️. Saved me 20k from an ER for a few more miles. Don't need it.
