So you were indeed able to get more current info from your salesman than you were able to see yourself from your Ford.com site, right? I think this is a very important piece of information for others that requires clarification if it's indeed accurate.

Yes I could not get my VIN or my 4 digit order code from my Ford.com account

I was able to find it but it only has 16 characters. Weird.

Checked again today and the real VIN showed up. The quickest way to search is to look for 1FT since all Lightning VINs will start with that code.
