I received a call from a "manager" yesterday 540 pm ! She had no additional information, and offered no help at all. I asked numerous times to assist me, or let me speak to someone who could. She then said I should wait for the delivery window to expire and call again ! She actually knows it is not going to make the 8/26 date. I then asked her why she was calling me if she had no info, I asked for a call from someone who could help me. I informed her that her call just wrecked my evening, she made sure to wish me good evening before ending the call. WOW

Serious Question...... how many over due deliveries does this yard have?
They've got to have an aging list!

So the dealer and the hauling company have a beef with one another, that seems to be the sticking point, general manager of the dealership should be elevating this to regional manager @Ford Motor Company

OK The Lightning landed at dealer 8/31 10am. We picked up 9/1 !! Love it so far. We have a 1k drive home now.
The truck does has many small damages looks like a 4 month old truck for sure !! Dealer says all will be fixed.
I will need to wax it myself before I post pic.s !!!!!!!
