That’s great news! So it seems 4 days from Blend Date the modules start popping. Now to figure out what the holdup is with shipping.

I am a 5/7 blend and my modules populated this morning. Glad to be part of the party.

Now to just get past this thing today they are calling a "media embargo"...which supposedly is holding up things getting shipped.

I don't even know why there is such a thing as a "media embargo"...as if there wasn't enough flyin around the internet on what the Lightning is and isn't, and will do or can't do, but should do, and blah, blah, blah.

Just gimme my truck! This is worse than waiting for my Mach-E!

I have a 5/7 blend date and my modules just popped within the last couple hours. I checked early this morning and had nothing. I saw that you all had yours that popped so I decided to check mine and there it was.

Help me catch up to the conversation. What does everyone one mean by “mods popping”?
It means your truck is "alive". Modules "pop" once the truck is assembled, the 12V battery is connected and the truck is turned on.

It does not mean that your truck is officially "built". A status from Ford that your truck is built can take several days after it has gone down the assembly line. E.G. if you ordered a spray in bed liner, your truck will be driven over to the aftermarket shop to get that installed. Or if the truck is getting extra Quality Control checks. Those all have to be complete before an official "built" notification is sent.

Many folks who have Bronco's or F series ICE trucks have waited weeks or months to get the official notification their truck is "built" because it is parked in a lot waiting on chips or some other constraint. Hopefully with the priority Ford is giving the Lightning we will not run into commodity constraints.

This Is very true. By the time I received my Built email it was already on its way to my dealership.

I just asked my dealer for my visibility report and there was nothing on it since April 21st. So it doesn't look like dealers are being kept in the loop very well either.

Anybody else try their VIN again this afternoon in the module build data (the “pop”). Mine is no longer showing any data!
