Congrats!I just got an email at 5 pm that says my 5/6 blend date vehicle has been built. Estimated delivery to NJ between June 20 and June 26.
Same boat brother. I’m actually pretty upset I’ve gotten nothing yet.Well damn, mine rolled out in the 10th too. Maybe I'll be seeing something today too. Not yet though.
Me too. I'm trying to stay calm, but I sold my other truck and have no truck now which means no crappie fishing time until it comes in since I can't tow my boat. I'm not going to lie, I'm quite a bit irritated at this point.Same boat brother. I’m actually pretty upset I’ve gotten nothing yet.
I think a lot of First Time Ford Order customers will see that there really is no “experience” like getting a Tesla, at least the old way of getting a Tesla. It’s just hard to sit here and imagine all the bird crap, dust, rust and everything else building up on this brand new $80k truck and there is no information about what’s next. What is the “final launch” and all this BS. Is the truck complete? If yes, then ship it! Had I have kept my Tesla Model Y reservation I would have had it by now and not have just paid $120 for gas. Really losing the excitement of the experience now.
I went through this same thing with my Platinum F150 I bought last year. It got sent down to get a bedliner and sat there for almost 3 weeks before it went over to ramp 59. I had $2,500 coupon Ford sent me that almost expired before I got the truck. I made it with 2 days left on the coupon. It’s just hard to sit here and imagine all the bird crap, dust, rust and everything else building up on this brand new $80k truck and there is no information about what’s next. It’s true, but their (SA) connection/information with the factories seem to be more in sync and accurate.I think a lot of First Time Ford Order customers will see that there really is no “experience” like getting a Tesla, at least the old way of getting a Tesla.
Im reading on the Tesla forums that they are at the mercy of their SA to get any information on the status of their build and they sometimes take days to get back to them.
Thats a concern too. I’m in Ramp 59 and I’m well aware it’s where trucks go to rot.I went through this same thing with my Platinum F150 I bought last year. I’m starting week 5 waiting with secondary status still delay. I’m staring to think 4th of July. It’s true, but their (SA) connection/information with the factories seem to be more in sync and accurate.
In any case, just hard to watch and wonder going on 3 weeks with nothing changed.
