@TaxmanHog @RonB: Quite an amazing story... which I can't divulge in full but my truck sits in my driveway as of 2 o'clock today. As of last Sunday, it had been 80 days sitting there awaiting shipment and, in total frustration, I blasted out emails to four Ford execs complaining and giving them stats derived from the database "423 trucks have shipped with an average time "built" to "shipped" of 9.4 days", etc.! I totally guessed at the email addresses; two bounced and two didn't. One recipient responded first thing Monday morning to say that s/he had been in touch with ??? and my truck would arrive Tuesday late or Wednesday. Sure enough, 24 hours later, I got the call from the dealer that the truck had arrived, picked it up a couple hours ago. So "shipped" 9/19 and "arrived at dealer" 9/20. I have asked my helper for permission to post more specifics on the forum but haven't heard back.

I finally received mine yesterday as well! Ford really needs to figure out some sort of system for those few that fall between the cracks. The "damage" at the Wilmington Ramp was a flat tire - took 3 weeks for them to change it. At least they put the correct/matching tire on!
