Many folks have been getting this email over the past couple of weeks, hopefully you will be seeing your truck soon, only a 3-4 hour convoy ride from the Rouge.

My date did change yesterday, but it changed before and I never got an email.
That’s the opposite of mine. I think it’s been stuck at a rail yard outside Chicago for a week. Shipped 9/30 and hasn’t made it to Wisconsin yet
I wish I had a better statement than that sucks. I'm very excited for the truck, but the logistics process at Ford really tests the patience of us all.....
From my powerboost order, it took about 4 hours but I was at the dealership after 2. They inspected it and cleaned it up, removed plastics, and did some normal intake stuff.

What are y’all asking the ford chat that you’re getting actual useful information? EVERY time I ask they just tell me what the tracker says, and politely remind me of the trackers existence.
In the past, ford chat has given me updates weeks ahead of what the tracker would report. So I just ask if they have any updates they can see on their end. Their stuff is 99% a template they send to you, so don't take it personal. They are usually very helpful (as they can be).
The few times I used them, I just played dumb and nice. "Hey, i'm having some issues with the website, could you please give me a status on my order with VIN: XXXXXXXXXXX"
