unless our orders hit a truck tomorrow they aren't hitting this weeks eta @bosox8. like u a lot of my enthusiasm has evaporated and I just don't care that much. my salesman is sooooo concerned I'll give him a bad review - after 90 days of waiting to ship I've grown tired of him telling me I'll forget about all the time that has passed when I take delivery. no I won't forget, but he won't get bad review, unless he continues to dismiss our less than average experience.

wondering when this miss again will I wait another 8 days for a new window?

my regional rep from what I'm told doesn't want to call ford logistics. just blames it on transport issues. which we know there are pocket problems at train depots, yet we see many trucks shipping east and west without a problem.

@rlbussard how's it going for you ?
So as you know I took @rlbussard advice and asked my dealer to give the vehicle exposure to RM. What follows is my Dealers response and my subsequent response to my Dealer:

Dealer Response: I assure you, your truck has not been forgotten. We can see that your truck is still sitting at the plant. It’s waiting for the plant to release it and then a carrier will deliver it to the dealership. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

My Response: Thank you for your reply. We can certainly sit by passively and hope this truck, off the assembly line for over 2 months and "officially" built 3 weeks ago gets shipped sometime soon. I would prefer you at least raise the level of attention to a regional manager to get some more information. I am on an online F150 Forum and there are 46 members in this group and all but 5 of us have received our vehicles. I am certain to experience yet another rate increase and just as certain I will get my 4th revision to my expected delivery date in two days time. All I'm asking is to ratchet up the interest level besides checking a VVR which is providing us no new information now for over a month.

That's total BS. My regional guy told me he had to call on a vehicle this year that was totally forgotten about by Ford Logistics until he called. At the very least, the regional manager could at least give an update status as to what is happening and/or when it is supposed to actually ship.

Talked to Ford Chat again today and was able to get a Norfolk Sourther Corp rail car number. I followed the instructions in another thread to call their automated system and trace it. I had to change the alpha-numeric code to match my railcar letter (BNSF) so hopefully I didn't mess that part up.

Anyway, per the trace it just left (6:11PM) Melvindale, MI(ramp 58 where I have been since the 5th) on a "flat car". Guess I'll check it in the morning and see how far it got.

Update on my truck, it has been sitting at the rail yard in Oklahoma City(1.5 hrs away from my dealer) for the past 3 days and my estimated delivery has changed today from 7/18-7/24 to 7/21-7/27.
Sorry to hear that - they must be trying to get a convoy setup.

Do you recall how long it took to get from MI to OK? Once it actually left?

I was told that my truck was delivered to the railyard and has been unloaded as of this morning. I won't get it this week though because I having my dealer send it off to get PPF done in the front end and then going to another guy to get ceramic coating done up to a 7 year warranty. So I believe that's 3 coats.

The PPF is scheduled for Monday and then the ceramic coating is Wednesday. So I'm looking until at least Wednesday or Thursday next week before I get my truck.

I'm going to send you a private message about something.
That’s great that it covered several thousand miles with no input on the odometer.

Updated eta; 8/1-8/7 @bosox8 @rlbussard

So now dealer I have to wait 3 more weeks, only to find if I get pushed back again.

My SOC should be in low 40% by then as well. Wonder if all of May will have shipped by then?

I’ll probably have to see July builds delivered to Maryland before mine. That’ll be fun.

Take your time @Ford Motor Company - no need to rush things - need another 3 months?

At least we can say that they haven't forgot about your truck and it is just sitting out in a lot somewhere. I know I am hoping that you and @bosox8 get your trucks very soon. I

Once you expected delivery date passes I assume it automatically populates a new expected delivery window - I wouldn't be bold to say they haven't forgotten about his truck - based on prior post it seems that has happened and as we all know history has a way of repeating itself.

After my first date passed, it went 8/9 days without an update.

Each week I have to say “glad I didn’t sell my truck this week”

maybe Elena ford didn’t like my note. Though it was very polite.

I don't think it automatically changes. I have had VINs on our tracking sheet at times that are 7 to 10 days past due and not changed until the are finally delivered. While some of the others will get a few days past their expected date and then they will change again.

Absolutely nothing here. No updates. To make it even more interesting, one of my Broncos showed up. We never got a VIN, window sticker, blend date, it never showed on a visibility report. It was sitting in the parking lot when the dealer opened. It still shows ordered on my fordpass.

Sweet jebus the bronco "launch" really is the king of fail. Beautiful truck tho!

Happy I got a railcar number, not happy it's chilling 1-2 stations south of dearborne for over 24 hours. Probably normal logistic stuff. It has until the 25th ( :

Our dealer demo's ETA ends today and didn't show up yet (it was 4 days ahead of me). Will be interested if that ETA time gets bumped tomorrow.

Editing this - looks like my ETA got pushed back 3 days to 7/22-7/28. Still next week which is whatever. The railcar appears to be moving again, was last just barely south of Dearborn.
