Hey folks, today is the big day for the first build for our week, we have several set to blend today and more through Saturday 6/11 I would love to hear from : @Stacker @skywalkerinla @Shigoku @F150_Xpress

Be aware that the prior two build weeks 5/23 & 5/30 records have not posted a ~IN PRODUCTION~ date for blends of 5/25 and later, those earlier blends [5/24 updated to in production on 6/3] as of this mornings review, so don't panic if you do not see yours update right away.

Looking at my sticker..maybe sq-1... 17552 and sq-2... 8372, which are the two largest (size wise) on top of the window sticker....don't even know what those mean..lol...hopefully those are correct to update this spreadsheet..also at first i thought 6/11 - my blend date was on a friday..with it is a saturday..does the plan have shifts on the weekends as well..has your info changed on ford.com after your blend date or does it still say "in progress". Thanks

I've input your extra data, it's only sequencing numbers to determine order down the production line.

My own order page at ford.com shows that same information as it has since getting the VIN assignment weeks ago, I do not think it will change until we reach BUILT status, I'm keeping a close eye on that blessed day!!

Then how it appears in the CANADIAN TRACKER, looking forward to status changes in the coming days, but seeing the reality of BW 5/30, it may take longer

From the trend of blend dates seen so far, the blend work week seems to run from Tues-Saturday, though I have seen a couple Sunday & Monday blends, this could just be the randomness of our tiny sample. I think it's only one working shift, but I could be wrong on that as well, if they add a second or third shift then you can see the throughput grow substantially, and if they do swing shifts then operate 24/7 even more, but no idea where they are with staffing & operations

Kind if wishing I would have avoided the Factory Spray in Bed Liner and got it done locally. I am wondering what kind of delay that will add to my delivery.
I’ve read a lot of speculation that factory spray bed liner install may be causing delays, but nothing of any substance…I believe this speculation is a hangover from previous production issues of the ICE version. 🤞🤞

Just got off the phone with my dealer they said they received all my paperwork including title from Ford today. Do not know if this means anything or not but it is exciting....

Nice, but I don't know what that means either.

Also, I didn't see you on our list - what were your dates?

My tracker still says in production, but here is my Lariat ER the vehicles put together but it's actually in the Repair Sprayer area waiting on a new console shifter from supplier. Silly folding shifter, so you guys should be heading down the line as well.
These are off the line, which if you look where my white truck and the red truck next to it are parked, that's the line going through final inspection with the bright lights. Anything from any station that can't either be fixed by a technician hopping in and correcting something as it goes further down the line, they'll pull these out Park them here and correct whatever item that needs correcting. That way they don't hold up the whole line.

So looks like your friend was working on your truck, that's cool! Great to have a spy on the inside!

No he doesn't correct them but was able to track the truck and take a pic. If you ever want to visit a automotive factory, the Dearborn F-150 tour is absolutely out of this world. It is amazing the choreography between the workers, the robots and the bins and bins of supplies.

Good to know, so then the customer facing tracker data is being delayed, because yours, mine and several others I checked still only show a small white dot inside the circle with no action date, very unlike the previous builds in March/April where the lag was 0-3 days

When Ford moves to 100% direct to consumer sales for EVs maybe they'll have factory pickup/tour options, something like that would be really interesting. I think Mercedes/AMG might have something like that in Germany already.
How much does your friend charge for pics of our trucks being built btw?😆

I've only gone through (special) ordering a vehicle through the build process with Tesla and Rivian, but it's awesome seeing the level of detail in the process that Ford and their owners get during manufacturing and then delivery. My Rivian guide didn't have this level of detail and pretty much went from the vehicle has been shipped to you can come and get it in a couple of days.

Who knew (at least from a noob perspective) a 6/10 blend date would be so far in assembly? Or is the spreadsheet off by one line. Looks like yours is listed as red, but you said it is white, so maybe this was blended yesterday?

I feel like an expectant father and the F150 is going to be my wife's truck, not even mine. Very exciting to see this photo. Thanks for posting

I read somewhere that the blend date is when they "blend" the chassis with the body so most of the assembly could have been started early this week or even earlier.
