My blend date was 6/8 still nothing

Knowing the @Regular150 ’s truck was completed yesterday because someone could physically look at the truck and tell him that, will give us a good baseline of how much of a delay there is between the actual completion of the truck build and the website being updated.

After seeing his photo yesterday, I have some hope some people in this thread will see their trucks before the end of the month.

Ford tracker still shows in production and probably won't change until shipped but I'll watch it for changes.

Rob, in short, the electronic control units (modules, aka “mods”) that control the electronics of the vehicle

I‘ve known that vehicles are controlled this way, but had no idea of the terminology or significance in gauging the production process.

The following is from my “Cliff Notes” that I‘ve compiled from various posts on this Forum. I wish I could credit and reference (I’ve placed in quotes where fully copied) from whom I’ve “learned” this from, but I just copied & summarized this info for my own reference:

PCM = Powertrain Control Module; BCE = Body Control Electronics

“While we sit and wait wondering if our Lightning has been built yet, we can check if our "modules have popped". Ford has an online as built service site that shows your BCE modules. If your VIN starts showing something, it means your computers are "alive" and your Lightning has, or mostly, has been built.”

“Modules have been taking longer than before to populate. This use to happen within hours of being built, there is current evidence this system now has some lag and can take a couple days to populate. It is still useful to verify the Lightning has been produced, especially if you have a delayed Build email due to QA issue etc.”

Interesting news from my dealer today. I was #1 to order, and had the fastest reservation. But the guy that ordered 2 days after me (same trim, Lariat extended range) got his truck delivered yesterday.

Glad to see trucks getting delivered up here.

But bummed I'm still waiting

Nothing specific. I would hate to speculate either. I would assume like that last 18 months, production is going to be slightly erratic but consistent.
