It's interesting but I got as close as I could get to the Lightning XLT 311A with tow packages to a hybrid XLT using the builder and the difference was $2K - $59,519 for the Lightning and $57,325 for the PowerBoost. I suppose the hybrid gets a fed discount but I don't think it's $7500.
