My XLT has been through a few different builds as I just wasn't quite happy each time. I think I am finally happy with where I am now. The 35s fit quite well, no rubbing on the crashbars or inside the wheel wells. I do get a slight rub on the drivers side front bumper when the suspension is compressed just the right and the wheel angle is at it's closest. This just so happens to be the almost every time I back out of my driveway :facepalm:... but seriously the rub is quite minimal and rare. And only on the drivers side. So here are some of the exterior things I have done:

Wheels: RTR Evo 6, 18x9 +18 offset - Satin Charcoal
Tires: 35x11.5R18 Falken Wildpeak 4Ws (C Load Range)
Leveled 2.6" with Eibach Shocks w/adjustable perch
Raptor style front grille
Lightbar and Tailights Tinted with Stek PPF
Removed active air dam and front valance
Raptor Gen 3 front Skid plate
22" Auxbeam Lightbar installed in front bumper
Replaced OEM running boards

Truck looks amazing! I think i may remove my front air dam now. Did it make any difference on you KWH?

Thanks! I have not noticed a difference since I removed it... In the ICE forums they say it is supposed to add a couple % efficiency but I think its too small to really tell. Removing the active air dam is easy, removing the fixed valance is a PITA. Way too many fasteners for a little piece of plastic. 6 of them are under the plastic box for the active shutters, that is a PITA.

Did you have any pictures or advice on installing the Raptor style front grille including costs? How much did it cost to tint your front Lightbar and Tailights Tinted with Stek PPF? You truck looks amazing BTW.

The actual swap is easy, just some fasteners and some screws. The challenge is deciding what to do about the camera. Once you read through everything you will know what I mean.

I paid $800 for the light bar and $250 for the rears. Others have had theirs done for less. I am happy with the work my installer did...
