My XLT has been through a few different builds as I just wasn't quite happy each time. I think I am finally happy with where I am now. The 35s fit quite well, no rubbing on the crashbars or inside the wheel wells. I do get a slight rub on the drivers side front bumper when the suspension is compressed just the right and the wheel angle is at it's closest. This just so happens to be the almost every time I back out of my driveway
... but seriously the rub is quite minimal and rare. And only on the drivers side. So here are some of the exterior things I have done:
Wheels: RTR Evo 6, 18x9 +18 offset - Satin Charcoal
Tires: 35x11.5R18 Falken Wildpeak 4Ws (C Load Range)
Leveled 2.6" with Eibach Shocks w/adjustable perch
Raptor style front grille
Lightbar and Tailights Tinted with Stek PPF
Removed active air dam and front valance
Raptor Gen 3 front Skid plate
22" Auxbeam Lightbar installed in front bumper
Replaced OEM running boards
