23 Lariat Central Screen does not power down

Have a 23 Lariat the central display won’t shutdown (you can interact with it with truck off) - radio is on and no. Responsive to dials (and on loud….)

Anyone know how to hard reset or other solve?

Cycling truck on/off, locking, etc has no impact to screen it just stays on.
