In the last couple of days my ‘23 XLT SR with the small screen does not always show the pop-up display when the AC temperature is being adjusted.

The video below displays in the top left corner each degree of AC temperature adjustment in real time, but the pop-up display seems to only be displayed every three degrees or so.

Has anyone else experienced this?

There’s no video. But both should match

Yea that’s not normal. Could’ve been due to an update. It will probably get fixed with a future update.

Never mind, I'm not familiar with the quirks of the sync 4 screens

Unplug your 12v battery and than plug it back in.

The AC temperature popup started operating normally the next day. I’m guessing that it must have been related to some software lag. It doesn’t appear to be related to something mechanic in the temperature knob or a defective sensor.

This issue corrected itself before I had a chance to see if unplugging the 12V would have corrected it. If it happens again, I’ll try unplugging the 12V sooner.
