@bobinm, you keep saying "order". You have not ordered anything.
Your "reservation" will eventually allow you to order.
There is nothing to price protect, since you have not ordered anything.
Ford has sent several emails to reservation holders.
When 2023 ordering opens later this summer, SOME of the remaining ~180,000 reservation holders will have the opportunity to order. Based on Ford's forecast of hitting a run rate of 150,000 by mid-year, simple math tells us that all 180,000 remaining reservation holders will NOT be able to order a 2023.
Michigan is not a ZEV state (Google it), those states get many more vehicles. My large SE Michigan dealer got less than 10 allocated 2022s.
This has been discussed on the forum many times in the past year since you joined, should have visited more often.
