Hey guys!

Has anyone installed an led strip around the bed? I used to have one in my old F150 and I'd like to bring that back to life.

I lean towards the F150 LEDs be lighting kit, but upon reaching out to them they don't have any specific wiring information to the passenger door for the lightning. I'd love to tap into the rear bed zone lighting, but even in the video they note wiring may be different for your model.

Has anyone done this (or similar) or have advice?
My overall goal is to tap into that zone lighting and add a switch in the back to cut power if its not wanted. Mainly the wiring stuff is what trips me up right now.

Thank you guys!

This is probably common knowledge but i just learned there is actually a button for the bed lights near the outlets in the bed, i had been running back and forth to the cab everytime till I saw it somewhere recently. Anyway I would check the switch for wiring, if not the existing lights to tie in. Not sure where this exists, but on my old 85 ford, i had the wiring service manual, which detailed all the truck circuits, seems like having that information would be very useful
