Anyone towing a Nucamp Tab 400 Boondock trailer?

Thanks for all that additional helpful info! It is so good to have some real experience to consider that involves the same TT and TV. As a new T@B owner(And even as time goes on with it), you may find a lot of helpful info and experience on the several T@B and Nucamp FB groups. A good forum of long-standing, too, is tab-tv.vanillacommunity.com.

An update our my towing experience. Had a chance to buy one of the rare NuCamp AVIA travel trailers at a very attractive price so the TAB 400 will be sold. I towed the AVIA back from Louisville to Kansas City and the efficiency didn't seem any different than towing the TAB 400. The AVI is 28' vs. 18' for the TAB and weighs 2k more dry. Granted the weather was warmer for the AVIA trip but it really is true that weight really isn't a factor for range when towing. It's all about the aerodynamics of the trailer.

I haven't towed it with our Lightning since bringing it home. We have a '16 Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel that for towing it. As I recall I was getting about 1.3 mi/kw when I brought it back from Kentucky.
