I'm not sure how ready I am to believe those numbers out of hand, the linear decrease in mi/kwhr per 5mph increase is immediately suspicious when the drag force is proportional to speed squared.

That is just the drag force component. The Power required to overcome changes in Velocity is to the cubed root (V^3) of it……

This chart is great. On my upcoming trip, I'll see how close to this I get. I am going to set my Bluecruise at 68 and see if I get about 275 miles. I'll report back when I do.
