Bumper Replacement or Cosmetic Change?

Haven't seen this out there on the forums so I will ask here. Has anyone wrapped/painted/switched out their bumpers? My ordered truck comes with chrome bumpers but I was hoping either for body colored/black bumpers. The only way to get the bumpers was the sport pkge and if I went with that package I was unable to get the exterior color I wanted (Anti-matter). Pic for reference.

Well I think that unless you want something non-OEM looking you’re going to go get an oem bumper and have it paint matched . Yeah I think it’s kind of stupid that Ford no more changes what color you can get if you get the non-chrome package And even when you do and you get the trailer mirrors you still end up with chrome caps on it so all that extra money is still bullshit

Chrome on the Antimatter Blue looks pretty good though. (my KR has two-tone paint though.)

Seeing an actual real world image of AMB on Chrome, I got to admit it pairs very nicely. The only times I've seen the pair has been on the B & P tool rendering. I can say it doesn't do it justice.

The online color doesn't look anything like the color for real! It is really three colors: 1 - bright sun = amazing blue metallic; 2 - light = midnight blue; and 3 - dark = black looking.

The color is very dark except in the sun as in my pictures. The chrome balances the darkness of the AMB in my opinion. Also the chrome is far easier to care for than painted bumpers. I already spend to have the front of the truck wrapped with paint protection film including headlights and foglights.

I like the chrome door handles, mirror caps, door trim, side logo/vent, rims and bumpers to accent the AMB.
