Cameras Not Working

My truck was parked in mild to moderate rain all day, and then I was greeted with the below. It stuck around while I went to lunch, and then after I got out of work, it was fine. About a half hour later, it was back, then when I left went away again.

I have no idea the cause, the dealer told me they had no idea and told me to bring it in. I wonder if there's a loose connection or something? The lenses did not seem fogged, and it effected all cameras except the bed camera.

Any ideas?
