I killed the power, turned it up to 80amps and turned it back on. It connected to my wifi again but I still can't get it to connect to my Bluetooth.

Anyone opening the cabinet of a hard wired 80amp charger must remember how dangerous it can be. ALWAYS use a voltage meter to verify the circuit breaker you turned off has actually killed the charger. Check if it is really dead. There are always multiple 240v breakers, make sure your actually did turn off the correct one.

When I was helping my electrician dad he often repeated to me: "Remember 110volts will shock you, but 220 will kill you".
Not that I'm saying you should be cavalier around the inside of a live panel, but 110V power is literally just one leg of your 220v service. So if you touch one of the hot lines in your FCSP it is literally 110V. It's not magically more deathy. (Don't do that)

Who advertises an adjustable device inside your electric panel?

A safety device would be far cheaper than a wrongful death lawsuit of a 45year old father of three.
Nobody. You're not supposed to open the FCSP and change the dial. Your electrician was supposed to do it. And the inspector was supposed to check that it was set correctly for the breaker and wire size used. Plenty of equipment can be adjusted, and is potentially lethal if you try with the power on. You just don't know about those other things.

They specifically do not want users adjusting the dial. That is why it's on the inside. They provide the dial for the electrician so they can adjust it based on the wire size and breaker size used. They don't want the users to adjust it and cause fires because they wanted to get more charge but didn't consider wire and breaker rating. That's why it's on the inside, which they specifically state only an electrician should open.

They do provide a software control for the user in the app to lower the amp rating further, but not increase it.

(For clarity of understanding)

The FCSP does not connect to bluetooth on your phone directly, ie. you won't see it in your mobile device BT list of available devices.

The FCSP connects directly to the WEB via your home network.

Give it a few minutes to an hour to ensure that it's hooked up with the Ford cloud.

You should be able to see it VIA Fordpass, Account, Charge Station tile, you should be able to see Insights, Settings, etc.....

If you can see it via The Ford Pass then you're all set, the configuration app is useless at this point, only to be used if you need to do a root reconfiguration, hopefully that won't be necessary
