The voltage is variable. I hooked up a blue tooth voltage monitor to my battery that logs the voltage. Highest I've seen is 14.74 volts. But seems to hover around 14.6 when the engine is running.

The battery in the F-150 is an AGM (Absorbed Gass Mat) battery. As best I can determine they operate a bit differently. I had occasion to swap mine out. Usinge a voltmeter it appears to operate at a constant 12.6 VDC. Even though I charged the new one up to a level above 13.2 on the charger, once I installed it and ran the engine it drifted back down to a steady state 12.6VDC.
