Climate Control issues - Setting Departure Time Schedule is messing with function.

Ok, I am hoping to understand if I am doing thing wrong or Fordpass app is wonky. I have a 2024 Flash trim.
So I have been having "unpredictable" climate control failures. Some may have to do with connective issues, but that is not my concern. To explain; when get this message:

I still can lock and unlock my doors, so connectivity is not it.
Today I did what the message said and started my truck. And bang the climate control worked again. Waited an hour and still worked as some thought it might go into a deep sleep. Then I wondered ...I had my departure time active before so I turn that on:

Immediately I get the Climate Command Failed message when I try it. The truck was not plugged in but I did have Prepare Cabin Off Plug selected. So I turn off departure time, started and stopped the truck. Climate Command worked.
Plugged in truck, departure time still off and Climate Command worked.
Keeped it plugged in with departure time active and got the Climate Command Failed message....is this how it works for everyone else?

I had something similar happen on my 24' Flash where it would pre-condition at a -2 or -3 hour offset to my set times.
The fix I found was to log out of all devices on ford pass and then do a factory reset under settings/general/reset and then reset the ford pass options on the truck.
You will have to re-set up your charging times and departure times but after doing this twice it seems to be fine.
The "climate command failed" only happens to me after the truck has been remote started twice or once and extended. Or if preconditioning is going on and you open the app and try to remote start right after it finishes is when I see this error.

Either way I would give the reset a shot in the options, just be ready to set up times again.

Keep in mind, as you're testing this functionality that you are allowed only two requests between KEY ON / RUN truck actions.
