My Lariat ER should be here in a couple of weeks. I am super excited!

I know it’s small , but I have one thing that I think would be really neat for Ford to do. It would be sweet if the truck on the infotainment screen would match the color of my actual truck. I hear that Tesla does that with their vehicles. I realize that this is totally a First-World issue, but you would think that Ford would put that in an OTA update, for the price that we are paying for these vehicles?!

Don’t get me wrong… I am not complaining. I am 54 and this is only my fourth vehicle, and also the only second new vehicle that I have ever had(my first was a 1995 four-cylinder Ford Ranger). I just happen to think about the icon vehicle being the same color as mine when I was recently watching a video and realized that all of the vehicle colors were the same.

I agree, it would be nice if the color matched or if it was selectable!

It would be cool to have the icons match the color of your truck, but hold on, because with some past updates the truck actually thinks it is a Mach E and changes the icon to a car. So lets just say I'm just pleased when my truck remembers it is a truck .

It matches mine perfectly. (Iconic Silver). Although it does show a sunroof.
