The number of things dealers are misinformed on about the lightning is nuts, especially with how long the F150L has been on the market. I usually trash on dealers for being lazy resulting in being ignorant, but I think Ford itself marks this one as incompatible for some reason. But why would it be incompatible? It's the same bed and tailgate components as the ICE model.

I think maybe this is why they were explaining that to me. They just told me it wouldn’t fit. Maybe they were just being lazy that was part of the deal when I got out of my 2017 raptor was to move everything over so that was one of the things that they said would not fit as well as the Portable ramps I do believe the ramps won’t fit because the tailgate screw holes are different pattern wise than the other truck because it has the work space tailgate set up
