Welp, first order (intown, @ dealer) a bust...came without the harness but there was a plug/harness connection for (I assume) the fob connection-antenna.
He showed me the assembly page where it appears (and previously stated) that they are separating them.
He showed this on national backorder. F150 forum showed updated part as ML3Z-14A318-E
