I just slipped a penny behind the cover and it gave enough tension that it prevents the rattle. A one cent fix! When the door is shut, you can't see it.

I just started noticing this exact rattle from the exact same spot in my 2024 Flash.

Just to double check too this is the rattle you hear?

I just started noticing this exact rattle from the exact same spot in my 2024 Flash.

I mentioned that is was from the wood fascia in a previous post. That was incorrect. In actuality the plastic triangular piece attached to the door near the mirror was the culprit. You can just pull on the triangle and reseat. It's been fixed ever since.
