Hello all, i could use some help on my situation. My dealer is not adding ADM and the pricing below does not factor ADM in. See below for the order of events:
9/23: placed order for F150 Lightning Pro (46,974 starting MSRP)
9/23: Order subsequently accepted by dealer
10/5: Called dealer to update my order to delete onboard scales and smart hitch (back ordered add on at the time that I wanted removed)
10/5: MSRP price updated to 51,974 (from 46,974 when placed online on 9/23)
10/6: Called dealer and they said the price won’t match order date because of price increases and Ford will give a rebate when I take delivery to adjust MSRP back to the amount when I ordered
1/28: Still not scheduled for delivery, but dealer sent a purchase document to me to sign that had the 51,974 price. I spoke with them and they said I’d have to call Ford for my issues since the 51,974 is what they have from Ford on my purchase.
Has this happened to anyone else? If so, were you able to get the dealer to correct the price back to the price you placed your order at? I don’t know how to proceed and will not be buying the truck at the increased price.
