I'm finalizing a purchase on an untitled 2022 Lariat ER that is under the $80k MSRP threshold for the updated federal tax credit, and wondering if anyone who purchased recently has navigated the IRS' seller reporting requirements with their dealer? I'm familiar with all of the steps I'll need to do to claim the credit on my side, but came across these requirements which the dealer is not familiar with:

Report Information to Buyers
Provide the following information to buyers at the time of sale:
Report Information to the IRS
Submit the same information to the IRS by January 15 of the year following the purchase. The first reports are due to the IRS by January 15, 2024. Check back for further guidance on how to submit these reports.
The dealer doesn't seem to have any information on the reporting, and the underlined last sentence above makes me think that there is no process or form yet for submitting. Anyone navigated this recently have any insights?!?
