are you sure then on your window sticker it says BC 36months? Mine does not. and alot of 2024's do.
my 2022 just states BlueCruise. There is no note about it being trial or expiring, but it also does not call out the connected built in navigation or Alexa as a trial. The products are useless anyway.

I am still on original BlueCruise, but as I hear what 1.4 offers, I still do not see that as something I would pay for. Based on where I regularly drive, it randomly states it is available, then a few minutes into the drive it tells me to take over. Definitely not worth any additional money moving forward. Tesla offers you to buy or rent FSD. It is clear when you buy the car. When I bought my truck, I bought BlueCruise, not knowing I was only getting a "Trial." but, again, it is garbage full of useless promises from Ford, so really not worth the time to discuss.

Navigation is completely useless as well. The one thing I would use it for, finding charger, is worthless. New chargers are slowly added months after opening, and I still do not show Tesla chargers.

And, WHY do I need Alexa in my car?

Anyway, still my favorite EV Truck.

On long Interstate trips, BlueCruise has been great for us on the Mach-E. I think it is far better than useless on the open Interstate. I don't have it on my XLT Lightning.

I would like to be able to talk to Google's voice assistant, but, Ford only seems to integrate Alexa, which we don't use.

If you make use of Android Auto, you should be able to interact with the Google Assistant. I regularly say,"Hey Google...: followed by whatever it is I'd like it to do: play specific music, navigate somewhere, answer a question. The only thing it won't do is interact directly with my Lightning (not sure if built-in Alexa allows that or not)

what does BlueCruise really offer other than a glorified lane keep assist that disengages while in curves of a highway, ping pongs in the lane, cannot effectively react to vehicles in front.

Maybe mine is just not functioning, but my dealer has been unable to help. Being stuck on 1.0 since delivery does not help either. Listen, if it works for you, great, but my experience of 1 has been terrible with Ford technology. Love the truck, really struggle with Ford.

The ping ponging on mine causes the truck to cross over yellow and double yellow center divider lines on a regular basis -
