Driver profile photos can not be set when you have the latest APIM update

My truck has the latest updates on all modules and is running the latest APIM for the 23 MY. Due to a dealer mess up I had to factory reset my truck. I had custom profile pictures for both drivers and when I went to set everything back up using the normal method of connecting my iPhone with Bluetooth (not CarPlay), downloading the address book, making sure there was only one contact with my name, phone number. I found when you go to driver profiles, your contact photo no longer shows. I have tried everything I can but to no avail. Anyone have any ideas. The update I have is the one that provided Karaoke. It’s a 23 Lariat.

I had 5 profiles for myself in my contacts list. Eliminated all but 1, add my preferred image, then when I updated my contact list, it loaded that image.

Yes this used to be the way. With the latest APIM it is no longer possible as tested with iPhone and Android. Again I have only 1 contact with my name and number. It is the my contact and I can no longer pull it up to use with a profile. Bear in mind I did the exact procedure many months ago before all of the updates and it worked just fine. I am in the predicament I am in because the dealership screwed up an update for a CSP causing the truck to have to be factory reset which took away the pictures. Nothing I try can bring them back. Almost wish there was a way to fall back to an older version of the APIM code so I could add them and move back up to the latest.
