EA is just simply pathetic.

I am glad you have had good experiences, but those of us who put serious miles on our Lightnings - I have 48K miles in 26 months - out on the open highways usually have EA horror stories. It is the worst company in America.
I may be wrong, and im not the best at reading into things. But your post comes off a little presumptuous. You think my good fortune with EA is due to lack of mileage; but I have racked it up at a slightly higher rate than you with 33.5K miles in 17 months. So yes, I put serious miles on my truck. Sorry your experience sucks. But EA is consistently good where I have driven east of the Mississippi. Its the only provider I have used before Tesla was even an option, and will probably continue to use because of other Tesla reasons I will forgo mentioning.

Every single EA I have been to worked flawlessly. Maybe around 50 different sessions with them as well.
I must admit EA has gotten MUCH better in the last 12-18 months. I’ve been using them since they started in 2018 or 19. The first year was great because new and so few users. But even just before Covid it was awful. Maybe worked 60% of the time.
