A good percentage of the time that I charge my truck (not always), the Energy Added number is displaying wrong in FordPass. In the screen capture below, I should have gotten about 10KWH at that time, and the Distance Added is about right for that. However the Energy Added stops updating after a few minutes. Is this common?
Not a big deal since the important part is charge rate and time. Distance give another way to see that charging is really happening. After the charge session is completed, the Charge History correctly displays KWH added.

Mine does that too and hook to the charge station pro. However when I'm finished and disconnect the right amount is in the history

OK, at least it's not just me. As I said, not a big deal.

I had noticed that in version 5.16.0 in recent weeks, I could get it to correct the value by tinkering with another setting on the ENERGY tab, IIRC I tweaked a departure value, after it saved, the active charging session data refreshed to show the correct total energy deposited to the HVB at that moment.

The app shows how long you’ve been plugged in, not how long it has been charging

example: I come home at 8pm and plug in the truck. My home charging is setup to start charge at 12 midnight. At 1230am, I’ve been plugged in for 4hrs, 30mins but only received the energy for the last 30mins.

so you may have charge timers set? There are some other nuances associated with the app- eg if I move my slider bar to 100%, I believe the app is telling the car to start charging now, as opposed to the set time.

I am aware of the charge time vs plugged in time. At home, I have charging set to 2100 - 1600 because that's when my rates are lower. So I see that discrepancy as well when I charge at home. At work, (where the screen capture is from) does not have a charge time restriction. If you look at my original screen capture, it shows miles added of 25 miles - which would be about right for the 1:38 time shown. Percentage had also gone from 80 to 88 percent.

The issue is an APP problem, send a one star feedback to your prefered app store(s), maybe in a revision cycle or two they will fix the issue.

HMmm - interesting. I charged this morning to top off and took a screenshot of the energy page. I says I added 16 miles with 0.7
Took another screenshot of the charge history and it shows 8kWh charged for 20 miles.

so yeah, looks like a data display bug.
