Is anyone talking about the Ford premium warranty plan? I know the rules are different for California residence. Can anyone recommend a good dealership that offers this close to cost?

Do you have an address outside of California that you can use? If so you can buy the warranty from Granger.

You're missing the point of your state's law (and Florida). The dealerships have no incentive to offer it at anywhere near cost, because you can't buy it from the online dealerships that make a small profit. You need an address outside of the state, as mentioned.
