FCSP factory reset help

I am trying to reconnect my FCSP to my home wifi because it lost wifi connection since last week, so I have to reset it to factory default to do the setup from beginning. however, the factory reset was failed, I press and hold the reset button for over 3 minutes, but the FCSP just no response, the led light remain blue all the time.
Software version 2.112.64:0.0:0.0:0.0:0.0

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
