FCSP page on Connected app has hit a roadblock

When I try togo into setup, the FCSP shows as connected, but when I try to access the charger through FordPass, I get this message. Anyone have a fix?

The back end system was down yesterday afternoon through evening, it's up again, hopefully the final steps of configuring your FCSP to your FP account can be completed now.
