Sounds like the sales dept didn't lock the deal into SmartVincent and report it as sold. With the "no warranty start date" and Ford Pass services not activated this seems the most likely scenario.
Yes exactly, I now also have a warranty start date. Hopefully my truck updated the maps overnight

do you get a notification on the Ford Pass App if a Power Up update has been installed overnight?

No update last night, have my truck set up for a 3pm update on cellular service.

Update as of today:

Spoke to Ford OTA team again today. After trying ignition cycle and getting no where he said he has exhausted all of his resources. I had him call my local dealership and couldn’t get an appointment until September.

Apparently all of my modules are up to date. All I need is a Blue Cruise map update. My connected services are showing the correct expiration dates, just the hands free driving on the Sync shows expired.

when I called another local dealership, they had told me I need to pay out of pocket for the service since another dealership had done work on it. I said that sounds bizarre you’re a Ford dealership this is a brand new Ford vehicle. He then went on and said he has nothing anvailable and hung up.

I’m willing to pay someone at this point to figure this out for me it’s become very frustrating.

I think we're in the same situation as you on this issue. Just he hands free is not working for us and no OTA updates yet.

I think we're in the same situation as you on this issue. Just he hands free is not working for us and no OTA updates yet.
Let me know if you receive any updates, I have an appointment at the dealer scheduled for 1/16

I toggled my connectivity trying to get Fordpass to connect and now my hands free does not work even though it says active in my ford pass account. Called Ford and they are not sure of what I need to do other then the key reset and going to the dealer.

Might be worth disconnecting the negative terminal on your LVB on the frunk and reconnecting. That has solved multiple connectivity issues with FordPass for myself and others.

I may try that tomorrow, What does that reset? Does everything get reset back to factory settings? Will I lose all my settings?

I did not lose my settings when doing it to fix my issue, but I offer no gaurantee. My hypothesis is the modem/connectivity is locked up, this forces a power cycle.
