I thought of another one: Have separate buttons for seat heaters and ventilation. I'll hit the seat button and it sometimes will turn on heat even if I want ventilation. And it's slow to respond; there's also a lag when turning the dial, which is pointless anyway. Every car I've had you just keep pushing the button to cycle through the levels and off. It is much easier.
