For those with a demo, what OTA do you have?

I’ve got a demo on 3.5.3 which seems behind. It also doesn’t have PaaK which I’ve read that I need to go to a dealer and have them update some things to resolve. I also had to call support to get them to remove my truck from fleet mode.

My question is what version of the OTA do y’all with demos have?

Have you had to have the dealer do anything specific to update?

FYI - I followed this advice by Yellow Buddy below and as of 4/27 have a case number assigned and will have the Telematics turned off soon.

Changes have been made and the truck is no longer showing Telematics!
I have access to the update scheduling and have successfully set the update schedule.

After not getting any updates since January 22, my 22' PRO mannequin finally updated to 4.2.3 on 5/12/23.
Back in April I started manually resetting the scheduled update time every day for 15 minutes after I parked at work and 15 minutes again after arriving home from work. I drive 18 miles each way to work every day.
That seemed to have helped push the updates through for me.
4/18/23 - 3.5.4
5/05/23 - 4.2.2
5/12/23 - 4.2.3

lmk how it goes please! Very interested in getting this resolved but my dealer wants the truck for a week and that’s not an option right now

I dropped the truck off at the dealer. They had it for two days. Here is the service note attached to the invoice:

"VERIFIED THE CUSTOMERS CONCERN AND PULLED DTCS AND FOUND NONE, I THEN WENT TO THE CLUSTER AND TRIED TO PULL UP UPDATES AND IT WOULDNT ALLOW ME TO LOOK INTO SETTINGS, I THEN LOOKED AT FDRS TO SEE WHAT UPDATES WERE AVAILABLE AND THERE WAS AN APIM UPDATE, I THEN DID THAT UPDATE USING THE USB THEY REQUIRE AND LET THAT DO ITS INITIAL 1 HR UPDATE THEN THE USB UPDATE FOR 30 MINS AND THEN ALLOW IT TO INITIALIZE WHICH TOOK AROUND 15 MINUTES, AFTER DOING THE UPDATE I FOUND THE TRUCK NOW ALLOWED OVER THE AIR UPDATES AND TOOK ON A TEST DRIVE AND FOUND ALL FUNCTIONS WORKED ON THE DISPLAY AS INTENDED"

It doesn't seem like they did anything other than update the APIM and send me away to wait and see. The only difference I have seen so far is that I can no longer find which version of PowerUp I currently have installed. The display used to tell me that I had 3.5.4. I'll keep looking for new updates, but I haven't seen anything yet.

The APIM update worked! I got my first OTA update last night. I'm up to 3.5.5 now!

Nice! I got updated to 4.2.1 a few days ago - I haven't taken it to a dealer, just tried to be patient and forget about it. Personally I can't wait till I get the UI update for the improved AC controls.

Honestly, I think I liked the old controls better. Takes several seconds for the wheel to change modesand it doesn't feel synced well. It's also not intuitive. I tried to spin left to turn seat ventilation off, like you would for A/C. But that cracks the speed back up. You have to spin to the middle???
