When you took delivery did your dealership have your email address? Once the dealer reports the delivery, the information is forwarded to Sunrun. Sunrun will email you a link to confirm your shipping address and will notify you once shipped.

I took delivery on 12/22, received the email from Sunrun on 12/29 and just received notification today that it was shipped. I think you should be on similar timing as me. Double check your email and make sure nothing went to spam or was deleted. The email also goes on to state "Without confirmation, it will be shipped to the address used during the Ford F-150 Lightning order process", but I don't know how long they wait before shipping to the default address.

If you haven't received an email I think you'll need to call them unfortunately.

so I did call yesterday as many of you suggested. Sunrun/Ford didn’t show the truck as sold. My dealership shows it as sold. Go figure so the dealership said they would handle it.
Ironically late last night my ford points came thru so my guess is it’s working it’s way through the system . Anyway the electrician finished installing the 48 amp at the house and it’s great so I can’t imagine how good the 80 will be at the shop.

He ran 2- 60 amps - one for the ford 48 amp and one for a direct plug in/ set up for a future electric vehicle so hopefully I’m set up for a long time
