I have had my Ford Charge Station Pro installed since last August and today I came out to find that my truck didn't charge last night and said I had a charger fault. I look at the FCPS and I have a single amber light on the right side. I look in the manual and it just says the station has a fault and troubleshooting is required. Thankfully I have another charger inside my garage to use. Does anyone else no what this actual light would mean at this point? I found some things online, but many of the things I saw were of system problems with the electrical or overheating on newly installed systems. My has been installed for 9 months now.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's dead brother.. happened to me on Sunday. Call customer service. They will walk you through a reset but you can try that yourself a few times. They should replace it.

By the way. Did your charger start clicking every 10 seconds or so before it died?

I don't know if it was clicking or not. I plugged it in overnight and came back out the next and found it that way.

Who do I call about this?

Before you return it, I'm missing 2 little green bits on the circuit board I need for the HIS. Could you look and see if you have those when you do the reset? And if you're returning, could I have those two small green bits?

Do you have a picture of what you are talking about?

I'm missing these. But if you're going to return it anyway, I can take the other green plugs the other wires are wired into, the 2 prong and the 3 prong of the same block.

Is this yours tax man? You don't have the two piece either.
I posted my FCSP just for reference, I do not have the HIS installation though.

11 Days later I am still waiting to get approved for a new charger. The person working the case wrote down the wrong information so Ford wanted me to take my Lightning in because they thought I had a truck charging fault. I told her that the charger will not charge any of the 3 EVs I own like it used to in the past. She wrote it doesn't charge my Lightning, but chargers the other 2 cars.
