Ford Order Tracking Stopped Working?

Has anyone experienced a similar problem on the shop.ford.com tracking page? I've used it before and saw that is where I can view my window sticker. For the passed 2 days though, it keeps saying "enter the correct order number and/or vin". I am using the same credentials as previous times, but it seems to have an error now. I am hoping I am just doing something wrong but any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Sometimes happens, hopefully it will be back soon.
Are you not getting any tracking results or just not able to get the sticker link to work?

No results, just says invalid credentials.

I see what your seeing, so use the direct dial method
