Anyone having issues with the vehicle order tracking site not loading?

I put in the order number and Vin and it keeps returning to the same page. Multiple PC's, multiple browsers. Sometimes (rarely) it works and shows the timeline. Anyone else having the same issue? It's my build week and I can't get my data fix (the shame!).

Yep…constantly. I switch browsers, which generally solves the problem, or use the Ford Canada tracker…….

Been an issue since at least last fall. I used to try different devices and browsers, no change.

The condition is temporary, it will be visible a day later at worst.

I experience this a couple times a day on different VIN's when researching, sometimes changing browser or going INCOGNITO/INPRIVATE modes sometimes works, when nothing works, they are probably updating the BUILD record

I've monitored it in the browser, most of the time it's just taking forever to get the record and if I come back later it has displayed the data.

Chrome, Edge and Safari, none working for me. I can get it to come up like 1-100 tries. Waiting does nothing. Trying again often says session expired.

Have you tried clearing cache and rebooting the computer?

Next Friday or the following week, currently the reporting lag is:

• 8 days on modules popping and
• 12 days for "In Production status date".

Are you able to get to it again? I've been trying all week and can't get anything to work. I'm at the end of week 2 and not seeing any progress in the tracker, modules or main order page.

Yes I was able to pull it up using EDGE.
Congrat's on the In Production status, only 7 days after planned Blend day.
Have a seat with the rest of use for the next 2-3 weeks

Ha, thanks! I tried it on 2 work PC's running Edge, cleared cache, etc, tried Safari on Mac, Chrome, mobile... nada. You have the golden config! At least it advanced a bubble Thanks for looking.

There was a tiny little bit of me holding out hope I would get it in time for a Texas to Minnesota road trip mid-july, not looking that lucky...

It seems to come and go, and it never works in Chrome or Edge for me. I use Firefox these days, but even that fails most of the time. I find that if it doesn't work a few times in a row, it won't work for a few hours or a day.
